- 10 ops
- 2 Assistants per and 2 Hygienists
- Cash and Insurance practice
PACKAGE:
- Work on a Daily Minimum and then moves to 30 - 33 % of Adjusted Production
- PTO with Paid Holidays
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, AD&D, STD/LTD
- 401K
